Hi Florian,
in Eclipse always show an empty window. Outside eclipse, with saplogon for Windows I dont have any problem.
I tried to execute Eclipse with administrator user, but the problem not solved, in this case the logon window not appear then I'm unable to test it.
I think I have a problem with the installation, I will try to reinstall all.
Thanks,
Best Regards.

Hi Roman,
Reinstalling didn't help me... I have the same problem, it seems that the installation of ADT in Eclipse have a problem with anything particular of my Windows installation.
Checking the points that Felix had explained me, we found a problem with a eclipse plugin because a dll is missing.
Best Regards

Hi Toni,
we have simply overseen to root cause and while analyzing a different issue, we found a solution that should solve the problem on your machine too. Eclipse does not identify the Windows version it runs on correctly and as a result platform specifc plug-ins are not loaded (embedding the SAP GUI is platform dependent).
More details can be found in note 2041195.
