Hi Gurus,

I'm trying to use SAPFTPA in background but i'm getting this error 'Attempt to set up connection to ******* failed'. In foreground, i just change it to SAPFTP and it works. I tried using SAPFTPA with other sites and it was ok. I just don't know why with this certain site, it would not work. Is there any settings that i should be aware of for this problematic site when using ftp in background?

See [Note 93042 - Problems with SAPFTP|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/93042]. It gives some difference between online and background execution (different RFC destination), maybe it will help you to understand where the error comes from.
