End-users are those people who operate SAP System. They execute various transactions, programs, reports desgined and developed by SAP and customized by ABAP Programmers.

Enduser are the people who actually works on SAP system applications developed by skilled persons who know SAP, it is not mandatory that an enduser must know completely about SAP system, but he knows just to enter some data in the screen which projects on doing some action. ( in simple , he can be considered as a data entry operator).

Hi Darsh,

SAP is an ERP package .This package is used to implement any business process.For example u take any manufacturing industry(say steel industry that is goin to implement SAP).Then the SAP people will go for implementing their package in that manufacturing industry.So now the package has been implemented.After implementing they give training to the employees(end users) on how to work with that package.So now the end users who are the employees of the manfg. ind enter the data/operate the system as instructed and they clontinue their tasks.
