SAP workflow inbox question.

Hello All:

When you go to SAP inbox --> Workflow you will see several icons in the window. Fourth from left is "Reserve" (this is the tool tip text) and 5th from left is "REPLACE" (this is the tool tip text). They both look like small cubes and the only difference is in the "reserve" icon, cube has solid boundary but for "replace" icon it has dotted boundary. I could not find documentation on the functionality of "reserve" and "replace" icons! Could someone please send me any documentation on these functions? Rewards assured.

Hi Mithun,

Reserve: The work item can no longer be seen by any other recipients.

Replace: The work item can now be seen by all recipients again.
