HI we are running an interface from sap to webmethods for PP module .the Fm is an Rfc which is called from webmethods for every 4 mins.actually it sends data related to process order and characterstics of the inspection lots of the order.now it is in prod for long i.e. more than a year.now what is the problem is once in a 6 months this is not sending the characterstics to the webmethods.how can we solve this.is this an memory issue or code,as it is running for every 4 mins and working fine for all the orders we expect it cant be code pblm.it is mainly related to PP module

look for some common factor ( order type, characteristic type, date and time, created by some person ) between the failed calls and start your investigation from there... there should be some common factor else you might waste your time debugging

hi,
thanks for the reply, common factors means we checked some of the things like the same user has created an process order with same material and batch couple of hours before that went fine and the same user with the same material created another order but not went .the imp thing is release time for the order and time the interface ran time gap is 8 sec.will it makes the diff.
