Hello,

When I compare the umms with the usr02 and usr06 they do not match. Sometimes i get more users in umms and sometimes the other way around. Anyone knows why this is happening?

Thank you all.

If UMMS is actually USMM, it depends on the report executed in this transaction, they don't use the same data for each report, and have default selection criteria, like validity date or some Customizing options, that change the result. Can you elaborate on your exact requirement?

Hello,

At the end i have understood why this is happening but there are some users in the table USR02 that do not appear in table USR02 and I do not know why. All the users in USR06 appear in USR02 but not at the other way around. I do not know which users are included in each table and if there is some tables that can help me.

Thank you for your answer.

Try this thread.

I found it by running the following search:

sap usr02 usr06

There is a lot of information about the two tables already out there. I know it's sometime hard to figure out what to search on.

If you still have issues come back here - but explain what you've done first.

Hello,

I had already seen that thread. The problem was that the two tables did not have the same users and it was confusing to understand because USMM was,in fact, counting the users "without license". At the end it was a problem about blank licenses.

Thank you all for the answers.
