Where do I find the details of logical classification & grouping of SAP tables. (Like MM,GL etc & their parent child relationship)

I feel you can classify based on Development class. So for example if you want to have material master table you can go to dispaly <b>MG</b> dev class in SE80. There you may get almost all the material related table under TABLE
