Hi,

Evrytable will show all the fields .

May be because u have defined screen size, it will show only the fields fit with in the screen size.

go to se11 tcode,

enter VBAK

and press Dispaly,

then got to display Contents.

Here u will have selection screen.

Now here in the Menu Options, Settings> Listformat> Choose fields.

Deselct all the fields and select the fields 'kondm' which u want to see in the disply mode.

Now u execute the table contents, here u will see the selected fields.

revrt back if any issues,

Regards,

Naveen

Ok, so if I'm not wrong you're using SE16. Check the Width of Output List. By default it is usually set to 200 columns but you can extend it to 1024 columns.VBAP has 218 fields so maybe they can't all fit the screen width.

If you double click on a record you'll be able to see all fields.

Nicolas

Hi it happens because of the screen size. It shows only the fields which are already selected and fit with in the screen. If you want see all the required fields in the selection screen go to settings, listformat, and choose the fields what ever you want to display. And here one more field is there fields for selection, if you select this you can get that field at the selectin screen.

revrt back if any issues,

Regards,

Naveen

It is because of the width size you have given.

You can check the field by doing simple settings

1.) In list display

Goto

Setting --> List Format --> Choose fields

Unselect all the fields and check only the fields you require including KONDM.

Then it will show you the field

Hi Jyotirmoy

the field is available for VBAP.

Navigate to Settings > Format List > Choose Field.

Find the field KONDM ( Material pricing grp

) and select the Check box. Also deselect other fields which you dont like to display. This may solve your problem.

I have tried in my system and it is showing the field. If it is not available check with your Administrator.

Hi,

In some cases if no value ( BLANK VALUE in database ) is available for that field to that particular row it will not show that field.

In that case you have to go thru select the checkbox for a particular row and choose 2nd button in the application tool bar i.e " Choose F2" caption button.

Then if you press page down option and you will that value if its not displayed in earlier screen.

I checked now.iam able to see that value.

Please reward points if helpful.

Thanks
