SAP Server configuration

Dear ALL,

While sending SMS from SAP iam getting error http_communication_failure.

This message iam getting from the methods

system-call ict

did

ihttp_scid_get_header_field

parameters

m_c_msg " > c handle

name " > header field name

value " < header field value

m_last_error. " < return code

system-call ict

did

ihttp_scid_get_status

parameters

m_c_msg " > c handle

code " < status code

reason " < status reason

m_last_error. " < return code

Here iam getting error code as 400. and SMS is not sending to customers.

Here i checked SICF configurations, are Active.

Please suggest me if iam missing any configurations.
