SAP class ADM 940

SAP book search google for authorizations made easy (it's free pdf)

search google for informative sites such as http://www.sapsecurityonline.com, http://www.thespot4sap.com/Articles/SAP_BC_Authorization_Concept.asp, https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/security and http://service.sap.com/securityguide.

Search and read the forums.
