Hi Aparna,

Go to the paragraph format of the line that you want to delete.

Clear the paragraph format & click on the FORMAT button in the application toolbar.

The line will get deleted.

Hope this helps.

Dear Aparna,

Instead of deleting a line,u can comment it.

Go to the window in which u want to delete the line,go to its text element, the select goto -> change editor,

u will get a line editor ,locate the line you want to delete and assign /* to the perticular line instead of the paragraph assigned to it.

Reward points if useful.

Cheers,

Deepthee Kasal
