SAP Script ... URGENT

Hi,

I am calling a function module ( Read_Text) in Subroutine pool and trying to display the text in SapScript. However, the text is around 1000 characters and can vary, the ITCSY-VALUE field is only 255........ can any one please guide me to the right way,,, how it could be done, in a single variable.

Hi

Fetch that 1000 char text first and split it into 4 string sof each 250 char

and append those strings into the OUT_PAR internal table and pass those values to the script in the loop.

see the sample code.

It cannot be stored and carried back to script in a single variable, you have to split it into number of variables and display it in the script.

Example : var1 = TEXT+0(80).

var2 = TEXT+80(80).

................etc,.

hai,

as far as i know the text while using ITCSY-VALUE the text is appended into <b>tdline</b> field which is of 132 char. this continues line after line and appends into table. i am not sure. try in exploring that quarter. all the best.
