sap query,change reference field

Hi Gurus,

I have added one new field s501-pstyv in the selection screen as well as in output in the query .

the problem is in the field group this field (pstyv) is havind the reference field , bcoz of this ref field the output value is coming as a text.

let me know how to resolve this issue ..

Hi Swati,

the field PSTYV is of a CHAR-4 data type. So my query is why it is asking for a reference field?!

Hi ,

the field is mapped in the filed group , i have not added the field in query .

I just want to use this field . in the o/p the 4 digit value should come , but its not happening .
