You can implement notes with the notes assistent aka transaction SNOTE.

before Posting just search First in this Forum.

Tcode SNOTE :

PS: SP levels we have to check.

Mode : Automatic

directly u have implement Note by clicking Blue Icon Button.

Mode: Manually.

u have to follow Note to add / Delete code of blocks from Source Code.
