SAP Note not being implemented.

Dear all,

I am trying to download and implement the Note Note 1097223 - Search help is not executed, by SNOTE transaction but even after successfully downloading message, it is not showing in the Notes list hence I am not able to implement it.

Please help.

Upon entering SNOTE, you should go to the next screen via the menu. GoTo->SAP Note browser and enter the note number. On next screen it will display your note. Again, via the menu SAP Note->Implement, you can implement the note.

thanks for this, I found the note there but under different user. Even when I am downloading by my user ID it is not showing in the list. How can I download and implement in my user.

Hello,

Actually any one can change the user when they try to implement the note. If someone else was trying to implement the note using note browser, the first screen would be changing the user to the logged-on user id.

You can change it back to your user by selecting the note in note browser, then select manual SAP Note -> set Processing Status, then select 'In processing', and you can change the note to your user.
