SAP lock lost

While an inbound idoc processing, idoc is failing with error message as 'SAP lock lost for interface XXXXXXX run XXXX; no further processing possible'
Why I am getting this error. Please let me know.

Hi Pratishtha.

You can Check the lock enters in SM12. and also check value the profile parameter "enque/table_size" Max size of lock enters.

If it's a standard error message then why don't you just check if there is a long text, check for SAP notes and if after that it's still an issue then why not reach to SAP Support?
