SAP integration with ClickSoftware

ClickSoftware is being deployed in the coming months and there is a desire to integrate it with SAP.  We are planning to use SAP PI for this integration.

Has anyone else attempted this before and could they provide me with some advice on it?

We have been provided with these SAP Notes to start with:

Could you please share me if you have any information on how we can integrate SAP and Click Software using SAP PI .We have a similar requirement coming up to integrate SAP and Click using SAP PI.

I realize that this thread is a few years old. We are doing SAP <-> Click integration for service orders for a Utility Client. I would like to get information on any standard APIs between the 2 systems.
