SAP GUI is getting closed on opening Function Module using Transaction SE37

Hi ,

     The complete SAP GUI is getting closed on opening any function modules using the transaction se37...But it is working fine when i opened in other systems using the same credentials...i un-installed the GUI and re-installed and deleted the cache and traces...but still not able to open even using se80....can anyone let me know the solutions....?

I solved it by myself...I deleted all the .ini extensions and it is working fine...Thanks to all who tried  atleast to answer...
