I cannot access DBACockpit and getting ABAP programing error..

Thanks for your quick replay. But if this is actually Support Package problem,then it'll affect all client system,isn't ? But by one of the client system i can access DBACockpit without any errors why.?

I have upgraded SAP_BASIS Package according to 1659487 - SYB: SAPLSSYBJOB - DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND but still i cant access DBACockpit
