Hello Experts

I have a crazy scenario where for one particular user, his user name is not reflecting on his SAP easy access home page.(please find screenshot atatched)

SAP version 731,level 005.

Hi Ganesh,

have you checked that the user did not switched to the SAP MENU (CTRL+F11)? The name will only be displayed when the users switch to the User Menu (CTRL+F10).
