DMS is a Cross-Application Components. It is a tool which comes free with SAP, Not necessary to install. for this use
Transaction
CV01N - Create Document
CV02N - Change Document
CV03N - Display Document
CV04N - Seacch Document
if want other information send mail.
Provide Required Points.

Hi,
SAP DMS stands for Document Management System.
The basic idea behid it is to enable to store the attachements like pdfs, some engg drawings etc in SAP.
You can attach some pdfs or documents related to a po or material and create a DIR ( document info record ).
The TCODES for DMS are as told above.
You might find many explanatory links if youm search on google. Not possible to post here.
