SAP BACKUP process ...?

Dear All,

We have DLT drive for SAP backup.

Which Backup process is necessary .

We use DB13 TC. But what r the types mentioned there r necessary to use?

i.e. FULL offline backup or Whole offline backup , etc......?

Pl' give reply.

Hi,

Basically there is Backup strategy defined in the Project Plan .

There is 2 types.

Pre golive and Post golive.

DEV - Every alternative days in a week- Offline.

QTY - Once in a week- Offline.

PRD - Daily on line.

Just go with db13 - whole offlline .
