Dear All,

Can any one tell me what is highest designation of SAP ABAP, because I am getting job as ABAP developer. I am making future plan that how can i grow with this field?

Hi ,

Good. You can stick in ABAP atlease for 2 years as a Technical Consultant.

Then you try to move some other specilized fields in SAP like XI, Workflow, BW etc..

Your designation will be Associate Tech Consultant.

Then grow in that field and try to move to some management level if you are interested.

Hi Anversha,

Thanks for your guide and its pleasure for me. I can move to HR functional module. Because I had worked in ABAP in HR module too and also worked as Asst. Manager HR before come to SAP ABAP. I am confuse about it, that is why i am contacting in this forum.

Is there any certification course of BW or workflow or XI kindly guide me.

Hi,

Good. Then road is clear.

You can focuz on HR Functional side. Your prev exp will also help in that.

Incase of BW , Xi and all..you are changing the path.

So focuz on HR functional side and try to take certfication.

There is a lot of job and opening in India Chenai, you can apply yourself over there.I am belong to Pakistan and can not visit to India, you have a lot of opportunity. Do one thing, subcribe your e-mail address to yahoo recruiter group. You will be recieved so many emails for jobs.
