hi ,
SAP Sandbox system has allthe config & programs as same as Golden Client ......
Transport's are not possible from this system...
Mainly used by developers & consultants for testing & dev...

thank you, i need still some more information regarding this sand box, as iam learner of ABAP, i want to know like how we can access this sand box and whether we can have data in this also like other, could you plz help for this also.

The sand box is just a nickname for that client in the system. The sand box client. Or this can be a totally separated instance. Its just like any other R/3 system, it is just designed to be wide open and allows you to play around with config. Usually it is a good idea to have some data in that client. In my case, we had to create our own data when playing around.

Sandbox The term used to identify a client that has been built and maintained for use by developers, testers, validators, instructors, or trainees to practice transactions without fear of contaminating system data. Information entered into this system is usually lost the next time it is refreshed or rebuilt.
