Runtime error while executing BADI 'DMEE_BADI_01'

Hi All,

I am trying to modify XML file.I want to modify tag encoding from 'ISO' ,to 'UTF'  by implementing BADI 'DMEE_BADI_01' into custom BADI.

While execution, it remains stuck in debugging mode at function module 'PF_ASTAT_CLOSE' and gives a dump.

Can anybody  help me to resolve this issue?
