Runtime error: urgent

Hi,

i am trying to create an SO using transaction VA01 through BDC. when i try to edit any of the condition item or else try to insert a new condition.

I am getting runtime error as " MESSAGE_TYPE_X ' HAS OCCURED.

No : 00341

can anyone please suggest the workaround

Try to simulate the same via VA01 online for the same data combination to see if you encounter the same problem...

Can you post details of the DUMP...

Are you encountering the error in you custom BAPI or in Sales Order Screen.

If you have got the same error in VA01 transaction, then i guess it would be better to seek you functional consultant's advice also.

I am getting a dump in VA01 as well as in the custom BDC. the dump analysis is different

What happened?

The current application program detected a situation which really

should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was

triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).

What can you do?

Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)

and make a note of the actions and input that caused the

error.

To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.

You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer

termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion

date.

Actully first you have to check date format.

And try to explain your problem brifly.
