rows are not coming when saving data in spreadsheet

Hello Experts,

I have excise report which is in flat format, i am facing problem when i am trying to save file in excel ..... some rows are going to be deleted itself and some are not displayed, when i am saving data in word file then data is coming ok.....

is there any can guide me why it is giving problem when i am saving in excel............

Hello,

Some times we face the problem with EXCEL file. so you please check it because excel file will not support to SAP.

i think the field sepr and format of the file saving is different . Please check .
