Hi,

Can same T-Code be put in 2 roles with different Auth.'s? Everybody should have access to FPM3 , but that has "dunning reversal" property which must be restricted to all users vs supervisors ? Do I have to create two separate roles for this with same T-Code? or is there any other alternate way to do this. Thanks for suggestion

Naveen,

of course you can. But the transaction in the role menu for both roles. In the respective authorization profiles set the field values as required.

Side note: If you need to change a field value that is proposed by SAP (Status: "standard" with green color), do not modify if (Status: "changed") but create a copy of the authorization and change the copy. Deactive the original authorization (Status: "inactive").

Regards,

Dominik
