Role declaration concept

There is specific declaration of ROLE for some user like role for FI Manager and other role for Sales Manager ?

No, this not what i mean i give the names just for example.

my question is about the general concept of the role ,

did in SAP there is roe like for some sales manager etc..

or other logic?

There are template roles in the name space SAP* which can be used if you have nothing else.

My understanding is that they are roles built to test the developed SAP applications for various standard job functions in SAP's development systems. The profiles are then deleted, but the role data is shipped with the system to give you an idea what the standard solution was imagined to be.

Generally, the advice (if you want to use them as a basis to start with) is to copy them into your own namespace.
