Hi,

Using T-Code SUIM you can find the information regarding roles.

Change Documents

->For Roles

Role Name *

From date Enter the date from which you want to see the changes

In change Documents

Choose

. Create and Delete Roles

I hope you are looking for this. If not let me know.

Cheers

Hi Khaiser,

Also note, Role deletion is generally transported..so after the data is extracted form SUIM as indicated by Soma....then the TR can also be traced for the exact one for more confirmation..

How can we track the transport for the deleted/created roles. Can you please explain?

Thanks

Open transaction se03

Select "Search for objects in Requests/Tasks"

Fill in 'R3TR' 'ACGR' 'name of your role'.

The result will be every request that contains that role.

You can double click on them to see the details.

Hopefully you can look at the name to see if it was a request with the deletion of the role, if not, look at them all and see if there is a garbage bin in the function column.

Hope this helps.

there are 3 columns in the selection field.

Enter 'ACGR' in the 2nd column first, it isn't any of the default options, so put it in the first row where the first two columns are blank.

Then press enter, R3TR should appear in the first column.

Then in the third column, type the name of your role.

Check the checkbox before the row and press F8.
