Right returnship program for ABAP consultant

Hi,

I have 8 years of experience in ABAP and then 8 years of gap. I want to re-enter the market and SAP returnship program seems to be exact fit. However in the 23 job postings I am finding it hard to find which one an ABAP consultant would fit best.

What is the next step after applying to the job ? Will there be an interview or candidates are selected based on Resume?
