Right Margin Cut off While printing

Hi All,

I am facing a problem. In printpreview, I am able 2 see all the margins everything is perfect. But while printing the right margin with some data is cut off. I have used Page Format DINA4. And also checked all printer settings. If any one of u have come across this issue plz let me know.

Hi madhu,

1. some times this happens if the printer

is not installed properly in r/3.

2. Take help from the basis team.

3. they will make some settings / install

once - again / install new printer

in r/3.

is it report or Script.

if it is Report try to change the report line-size?

Report zreport <b>line-size 300.</b>,

if it is script you need to check the SPOOL settings .

Check in SAPD transaction to create the correct format for your application.

Hello Madhu,

If it is a script, check whether the paper size on which u r printing is A4 or not.

If exact page format is not available for the paper size, then u need to create a new page format using TCODE: SPAD.

this is due to printer setting ...printer setting is not proper..

contect ur basis person to resolve this problem ..

or u can check it into diffrent printer...
