RFCSDK license

Hi ABAPERs,

I am searching fo a license for the RFCSDK. The downloaded CAR-file does not contain any license information as well as the marketplace-area doesn't either.

Does anyone maybe know if such a license exists at all? I am wondering if it is allowed to redistribute the sdk as a whole or in parts (librf32.dll) packaged with an application for example. Or, if there is any warranty on the library or something. Anything which is usually found in a license.

But maybe the RFCSDK as well as its younger brother, the NW RFCSDK, stem from times where no one did think of any licenses.

Any suggestions on actual documents are welcome.

PS: I know that one needs to have valid credentials to download it from the marketplace but IMHO this doesn't constitute any kind of license per se.
