USE THE TRANSACTION SM59................HERE IF U WANT TO CREATE THE DESTINATION FROM R/3 TO R/3 THEN THE CONNECTION TYPE WILL BW 3. OR IF YOU WANT TO ANOTHER CONNECTION TYPE THEN GO TO THE TYPE H (FOR HTTP) , TYPE T (FOR TCP/IP)...............

Hi Lakshmaman,

Create Destination in tcode SM59 for that system to which u want to establish RFC connection.

After creating destinations u can communicate two different systems.
