RFC_READ_TABLE not working properly.

Gi Gurus, I used RFC_READ_TABLE RFC manytimes in my program to get data from tables of other systems. Suppose there are two system A and B. When I run my program in background for System A. the said RFC didnot work for some tables like HRP1000 and HRP1001 and USR02 and When I run this RFC in foreground its working properly. Moreover, i am executing my program for both systems in background(A and B). If its work for system A in background then it will not work for system B. and when i run this in Foreground its work for system B and not for System A. Please help me for the same to resolve this issue.

What do you mean by 'it will not work' - explain it.

When I execute it in background as a batch job, its work for system A and don't work for system B. and when i run this in Foreground its work for system B but not for System A. Moreover, its working fine in a Dev System. Only problem in in QA System. Please help me..Its ugrent....
