i looking to created a RFC call with function module HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA, should i create a custom one or enchance the stardard one?

Hi Julian

no need for creating the custom code

if your required code is to maintain HR master data in another system then very well raise a request for access key for this particular object then get that and change the normal function module attribute to RFC enabled.
