Restriction CC02

Hi All,

is there a possibility to make a restriction on the field for the "change no. status" ?

The requirement is that the User is able to change the data in "objects" and "alternative dates" but the User should not be able to change the "change no.status".

I have not found any auth-object with the right settings.

For answers I will be very thankful

Hi Markus,

Run trace for the user and identify what object is being used.

I dont have idea how to use CC02 and get the status to change or else I would have run the trace and let you know.

Hi Marcus,

We can restrict by status type, using object : C_AENR_ERW and maintaining either of the two statuses ( active/inactive) in field " Status of change number " (AENST)

Once assigned, users can then be restricted on "change no.status" type, if thats what you want.

However, I am not aware of the funcional impact it has on the other activites you have mentioned.

You might want to play around and test this
