Reservation

I am making a Reservation of 100 qty. thru MB21 now when I am issuing that material against that reservation suppose i issue only 70 qty against that reservation now my balance 30 remains there but when i again try to issue that balance 30 qty it shows that resevrtion is complete when i go to MB22 txn there it shows pending 30 but there is flag for complete that is checked how that flag is checked when i haven't issued the whole qty,

can i issue the material against the resevtion only one not in parts ??

Hi,

you can issue a reservation in parts.

There is a field 'final issue' that you can check in either the reservation or GI if you are not planning on making any further issues against the reservation.

However if you do not set 'final issue' then the reservation is still open and you can post further issues for the remaining quantity

Its hard to be sure from your description, however it sounds like you have set the 'final issue' flag when you issued the first 70 units. This may be being set from a default.
