Hello radhakrishna reddy,

If you dont have any objects in the Unclassified task please delete that task and release the maintask.

At the time of creation of Transport request it will generate the Unclassified task automatically, then manually u have change by using CHANGE TYPE in menu bar to Development or Repair or Correction option.

All tasks/requests under a main request must be released (or deleted), before the main request can be released. Those unclassified ones are probably do not contain any objects? If yes, you can safely delete them.

Hi,

To release the main request, you have to request subrequests also. Go to SE09 Select the subrequest first and release (press F9) and then go one node higher and release the main request.

If the request is unclassified place cursor on the request, and go to menu Request/Task - > change task type.

Thanks & Regards,

Navneeth K.

hi,

You will have to release the sub request. Once you release the sub request it will get assigned to the main request. And then you can release the main request. You can release the transport through the SE09 transaction

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

You can release the main request if it contains one task which is unclassified.

Trying to release the task itself will not work but releasing the main request will also remove/release the redundant task along with it.
