hi to all abap gurus

my querry is sas follows

we r releasing the one new request but it has been not released what could be the reason .

i told the anser as follows the objects attached to the request may not be activated.

is it correct pls give answer,

Hi

Before releasing the request first release the task

and then transport with the help of Basis people

Yes, there is a chance that some of the objects may not be ACTIVE, so that it fails in the transport.

And there may be some related objects missing in that object

for example You used some Z tables in that program and transported that program,

Z tables are not in that request, they are in other request

so without transporting the tables request you transported this Program request then it fails and gives error.

so we have to see the dependencies before releasing and transporting a request

the following are might be the reason

1-The object that you r trying to send might not be activated

2-Check out the sub request present under the main request has been trasported properly or not.
