Hello All,

Could anybody explain how to join these tables VBAP VBAK VBUK VBUP KNA1 LIPS LIKP.

Joining too many tables makes your program look cumbersome.

Anyway, the links between the tables are

Vbak_{vbeln = vbap}vbeln = VBUK_{VBELN = vbup}vbeln.

vbak-kunnr = kna1~kunnr

vbap_{vbeln = lips}vgbel

vbap_{posnr = lips}vgpos

likp_{vbeln = lips}vbeln

VBAP VBAK VBUK VBUP join on VBELN

and VBAK-KUNNR = KNA1-KUNNR

VBAP-VBELN = VBAK-VBELN.

VBUK-VBELN = VBAK-VBELN.

VBUP-VBELN = VBAP-VBELN and VBUP-POSNR = VBAP-POSNR.

LIKP-VBELN = LIPS-VBELN.

LIPS-VGBEL = VBAP-VBELN and LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR.

KNA1-KUNNR = VBAK-KUNNR (sold-to party)

KNA1-KUNNR = LIKP-KUNNR (Ship-to party)

here is the procedure for what ever may be the tables madhavi...

1.first of all take all the tables and list out all the key fields in those tables

2.take all the remaining fileds from those tables what ever u want.

3. based upon the order u put the relation between the tables.

4. take one master table and by linking the key fields create the relation between two tables first with inner join and then again inner join with one more table like u got many examples...

5. in the where condition mention the fields what ever u require based upon the requirement.

I think u got some general idea how to relate the tables
