I have two versions of a report in a system, can any body tell how can I use previuos version of the report instead latest version.

Hi Raj,

Utilities>Versions>Version Management

click the checkbox against the version you want to retrieve & click the 'Retrieve' pushbutton.

In QA Environment I have only one version(latest) in Version Management, I want to retrive previous version.

You must retrieve version in DEV and transport to QA.

Hi,

Get the Previous one from the Development environment. Now transport the retrieved version. This should solve your problem.

Hi Raj,

You cannot retrieve previous versions either in QA or Production. Like other already suggested, you will have to retrieve the previous version in DEV & move it ot QA/Prod via a Tr Request.
