I have a program that runs in background and creates a huge output.

almost 100 pages everyday.

When i look into the spool it says pages 1 to 10 displayed of 100 pages. I cant see the report more than 10 pages. How can i see the entire report.

Hello Madhu,

Change the setting to 10 - 100. Now u can see the pages.

Click the Setting button and change.

I looked into it but when i made 10 to 100 it sayd could cause memory over flow. is that a problem.

First Logoff and Logon,

Then Chnage the setting to 10 - 20 likewise check for 10 times to see all the pages.

In 4.6C, from SP01 transaction, in the menu :

Display Requests-->Settings

or from the display of spool request, click on button Settings

yes you can.

Do the following:-

Goto>Display Request>settings

from where you can chage the pages to be displayed.

bydefault 10 pages are displayed.
