Report Tree Missing Text?

I added a Report Tree to the standard User Menu of S000. When I transported it the new segment of the rrepor6t tree were there, but none of the new added tree texts were in the S000 menu. I painstakingly cut and paste the added report tree texts from the sending system to the receiving system manually in Report Tree S000. So it is OK now. But what happened, and how can I make sure the texts are there when I transport this Report Tree, S000, again?
