How to find out library and report name in above program?

Hello,

I've the same issue, so tried out your way, but in my header (upper part) of program there is no report group mentioned like the screenshot you've provided.

It is showing only this much information in the program.

i've program name like these, and i want to know the "REPORT GROUP", "LIBRARY" & "REPORT NAME" by using the Program name.

Hope you understood the issue.
