Report format

Hi Experts

I wrote a report and give some parameters to select the fields, but I want to give a need name when the user want to run

objectid should look as Document No

v1 should look as Plant code Etc in the outlline

but in my case it is displaying with the parameters which I am selecting..

Please any idea

Hi piroz,

Go to SE38->Goto->Text Elements->Selection texts.

Here change the name of seelction parameters and activate.

Goto SE38

Open the program

click GOTO=>TEXT ELEMENTS

SELECTION TEXTS

Write the name against the selection fields

Acitvate

Run

On the menu bar on the top go to <u>G</u>oto click on <u>T</u>ext Elements and then <u>S</u>election Texts.It will take u to a screen where u can enter text for ur select options and parameters.

->se38->enter the program name

->change

->go-to->selection text->text elements

->enter the required text

->save and activate
