Remove a background job

Hi,

I have a background job scheduled. This i have done for testing purpose. Now i want to stop the job from executing as it was only for testing purpose. I have tried using SM36 and SM37 but was not able to delete the job.

Please tell me what to do

go to sm37..select ur job and choose delete

Hi Chaitanya,

Is this a one off job? If yes then no need to delete.It will not run again.

Hi All,

Thanks for the inputs . I dont want to stop a currently running job but want to deschedule the program. This should not run in the future anymore

Any inputs on these lines.
