I need to get only one record as i move from VTTK to VBUK .

Goto Tcode SQVI and place these two table names... its quick viewer you can check the joins between two

tables and as well as can create a join too..

VTTP-DELIVERY NO = VBUK-DELIVERNO

VTTK-Shipment Number = VTTP-Shipment Number

Hi,

It is possible.If you proceed with the following way you can avoid duplicates.

Tables Involved are

VTTK (shipment Header) - Source table

VTTP (Shipment item)

LIKP (sales Delivery header)

VBUK (Header status) - Destination table

Relation among the tables and way to access the either TKNUM or VBELN.

TKNUM is the realtion between VTTK and VTTP and it is one to many relation.

VBELN is the relation between VTTP and LIKP , it is many to one relation.

VBELN is again the relation between LIKP and VBUK, it is one two one relation.

If you proceed from table VTTK to VBUK you can get a single VBELN and its corresponding records.

If you proceed from table VBUK to VTTK you can get a single TKNUM and its corresponding records.

Hi Joe,

I can find one common field in tables VTTK and VBUK that is VBTYP. VTTK-VBTYP = VBUK-VBTYP. Try this.
