how do we relate vbap&likp tables?

what is the link between vbap&vbrp tables?

in which table we can find invoice number?

Srinivas,

1. VBAP & LIKP

First LIPS-VGBEL = VBAP-VBELN and

LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR

from here LIPS-VBELN = LIKP-VBELN.

2. VBAP & VBRP

First LIPS-VGBEL = VBAP-VBELN and

LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR

From here LIPS-VBELN = VBRP-VGBEL and

LIPS-POSNR = VBAP-VGPOS.

3 .VBFA

Hi,

This is SD related tables of Sales order, Delivery and Invoice:

You will find the Billing Do c(or Invoice No) in VBRK and VBRP tables (VBELN field)

Linkl Between Billing Table and Sales orders is

VBRP-AUBEL = VBAP-VBELN (sales order No)

VBRP-AUPOS = VBAP-POSNR (SO Item)

VBRP-VGBEL = LIPS-VBELN (Delivery Doc no)

VBRP-VGPOS = LIPS-POSNR (delivery ITEM)

LIPS-VGBEL=VBAP-VBELN (link between Delivery No and Sales Order)

LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR (Sales Order Item)

You can check all the links in VBFA tables also, by passing Proceeding, Subsceeding doc no and Doc types respectively.

Hi Srinivas,

The process goes like follows:

First of all a Sales Order is created for a Purchase Order. The Sales Order data can be seen in tables VBAK and VBAP. Then Sales Order is delivered i.e. Delicery is created after Picking, Packing. This Delivery is created using PGI(Post Goods Issue). The Delivery data is in tables LIKP and LIPS. For each delivery there will be then an invoice created using transaction VF01. The invoice data is found in VBRK and VBRP. The complete flow data is also present in table VBFA.

i.e. we can see what all deliveries and invoices have been created for a sales order and viceversa.

Hi

1. VBAP-VBELN = LIKP-VBELN (but data element is different VBELN_VA and VBELN_VL . so need to declare like data element).

2.VBAP-VBELN = VBRP-VBELN.(Data element is VBELN_VA and VBELN_VF)

VBAP-POSNR = VBRP-POSNR.(Data element is POSNR_VA and POSNR_VF)
