relation between basis and hr users

Hi All,

WE logged into SAP system using Basis administrator.

I am new to HR module.

Then we use the transaction pa20 to view the HR module users.

I wanted to know if there exist any relationship between HR users and basis user.

If there exist,then how is it related.

any information ,links would be very helpful.

Hey Manoj,

You can check for USR21 table it contains personal number and address number and also bname.

The major relationship between basis and hr users is : Authorization Roles.

a Basis admin has access to all tcodes but HR users will only be having access to specific tcodes.

its the difference between the roles they are assigned to.

in SU01 goto roles tab and then you can see the assigned roles.
